The following blades can be mounted on the Straight Freehand Handle, Angled Freehand Handle, Micrometer Handle or Step Handle.

Item # LO304 & LO454 - 30° or 45° Single Edge Blade
Used to perform side port incision and Scleral groove. Blade is 1.0mm wide and 0.150mm thick.

Item # L3304 - Tri-facet Blade
Used to perform Scleral groove, Tunnel incision, and Side Port incision. Blade is 1.0mm wide and 0.150mm thick.

Item # L5804 - Quad-facet Blade
Used to perform Scleral groove, Tunnel incision, and Side Port incision. Blade is 1.0mm wide and 0.150mm thick.

Item # L6604 - 3.0mm Spear Blade
Used to perform anterior chamber entrance. Blade is 0.175mm wide. Blade length from tip to shoulder 1.75mm or 1.50mm, blade width 3.0mm, blade length from tip to mount 4.0mm.

Step Handle - 1.0mm
Item # ST434 - Universal Blade
Used in a sweeping motion during scleral tunneling. The two sharp sides ensure straight tunnel incisions for lens implantation, side port, groove and wound extension. Pre-set step depth at 0.3mm and 0.6mm, with single footplate. Blade is 1.0mm wide and 0.100mm thick. Calibrated at .600 for AK and LRI incisions and at .300 for Scleral and Corneal groove incisions.
Item # ST444 - 20° Tri-facet Blade
Tri-facet blade design with single footplate for creating initial groove, tunneling and stab incision. Blade is 1.0mm wide and 0.150mm thick. Pre-set step depth at 0.3mm and 0.6mm.

Our step handle is available with all spear, sharp sided spear and Trapezoid style blades.
Item # L1044 - Vertical Blade
This blade is used for AK incisions, RK incisions and Limbal Relaxing incisions. Blade is 1.0mm wide and 0.100mm thick.
Item # L1054 - 45° Single Edge
This knife features a 45° angle blade excellent for performing AK and RK incisions. Blade is 1.0mm wide and 0.100 thick.
Item # L1064 - Double-Edge Blade
This knife features 45° Russian style cutting blade with two cutting edges is designed to cut from limbus to optical zone as well as optical zone to limbus. Blade is 1.0mm wide and 0.100mm thick.
Item # L1074 - Triple 90° Blade
Square diamond blade is ideal for making arcuate as well as transverse astigmatic keratotomy incisions. The blade is designed to provide stability of the diamond int he cornea. Blade is 1.0mm or .75mm wide and 0.100mm thick.
Item # L1084 - Arcuate Blade
This blade is designed for all corneal incisions, including arcuate astigmatic cuts. The 200 micron, 90° angle tip provides the surgeon with excellent control throughout the incision as well as durability. Blade is 1.0mm wide and 0.100mm thick.
Item # AO154 - 1.5mm Tunnel Blade
Blade has parallel sharp sides to facilitate wound extension. The slightly rounded sharp tip is used for dissection. Blade is 0.150mm thick and 1.5mm wide.
